A New Year’s Resolution!

Please consider “meatless Mondays” for 2026 (and beyond!) Even a small reduction in meat eating can benefit your health, our climate, and animals. Studies show the health benefits of eating fruits, vegetables and grains. It also takes a lot of fossil fuel, water and grain to raise livestock and get them to market. So, you will be reducing those limited resources. And let’s face it, animals that are raised in factory farms deserve a better life. For some great recipes just google Meatless Monday Recipes for some tasty mealtime suggestions or treat yourself at one of the excellent vegan restaurants in Houston!
