Last Friday, April 5th, we had a fun plant-based ice cream social followed by an engaging and educational presentation from the Wildlife Center of Texas. The wildlife center brought three ambassador animals: A Harris’s Hawk, a Caracara, and a Red-tailed Hawk. Adults and children alike were fascinated by the birds of prey and enjoyed the presentation from Randolph and Cindy. We appreciate the Wildlife Center of Texas for coming to see us and will have a shared offering for the center in June.
