She bought an animal testing site and turned it into a rehab sanctuary

This is a great story of how Shannon Keith (founder of Beagle Freedom Project) bought an animal testing facility and is now turning it into a sanctuary for former lab animals. The vast majority of animal testing labs euthanize the animals when they are finished exploiting them.
